I am Pastor Contrell Jenkins and as a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

I came to be associated with the John Maxwell Team after seeing the demand to lead, teach and mentor was greatly needed and asked of by others; the harvest was plenty, but the laborers were few. I wanted to be sure that I gave my best advice and not just what I’ve heard.​​

My deepest passion as a coach is to help others reach their full potential and discover their true identity. I am a gifted communicator, trainer, and coach who has years of life experience, which I will use to invest in your growth and personal development. I'm a highly diverse, conscientious leader with a proven track record of helping teams and organizations realize lasting success. 

Some of my Core Skills are Counseling, Active Listener, Curriculum Development, Public Relations, Team Building, Peer Meditation, Learning Strategies, Goal Settings, and Leadership in Multicultural Faith Communities.

I have 20+ years of experience working in nonprofit organizations. Overseeing the day to day operations concerning organizing information, managing team logistics, building usage, and calendar. Leadership classes conducted once a month. I am a certified Alumni of Living Word School of Ministry, trained by Pastor William "Bill" Winston. I am also an Alumni of Moody Bible Institute. I have Counseling certification through Prepare-Enrich Counseling. In recent years, I have launched an afterschool Safe Haven program for children in the community. Currently, I am a chair board member for the 36th Ward Small Business Neighborhood Association for Industrial Businesses. I serve as the Lead Servant/Pastor of Lively Stone Church of Chicago. Of all my accomplishments, my greatest accomplishments are marrying the love of my life, Lenkisha Jenkins, and my three beautiful daughters.
